What happens if I violate the cancellation policy?

    If you cancel a reservation and violate the captain's cancellation policy, or don't show up for a trip, you will forfeit the deposit you paid online at the time of booking. The funds will be transferred to the captain.

    No other penalties or charges will be applied to your account.

    If you received an email advising you that you violated the captain's policy and believe that you are eligible for a refund, you can contact us to review your cancellation.
