What is the cancellation policy for my booking?

    Captains set their own cancellation policies that determine the circumstances in which you will forfeit your deposit when you cancel a trip.

    You can review the cancellation policy for an existing reservation by:

    • Checking your confirmation email.
    • Checking the Bookings section on your profile.

    To check your bookings, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Bookings.
    2. Click on Manage for the booking you want to view.
    3. Click on Cancel Booking.
    4. View the cancellation policy at the top of the pop-up menu.

    You can also see a captain's cancellation policy before booking a trip on the listing page under the Policies section.
