If the Captain is responsible for the cancellation of your trip, or if you canceled your trip in accordance with the cancellation policy, you are eligible for a full deposit refund. All cancellations need to be reviewed by our team to determine eligibility for a payout. This process may take up to 3 business days.
While this refund is immediate on our part, it can take up to seven business days for it to show on your statement
If your trip was canceled and you didn't receive an email confirming the cancellation, check the status of your booking. If the status does not say "Canceled," contact us to process your cancellation.
