You can cancel your booking at any time before your trip. Every cancellation request is carefully reviewed by our staff and processed according to the captain's cancellation policy.
If you are canceling due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, the captain may be willing to allow a refund even if your cancellation request violates his cancellation policy.

Once we receive a cancellation request, we will ask the captain how he wants to proceed with your deposit. Ultimately, your captain is the one who decides if the refund will be issued.
