To change your cancellation policy, follow these steps:
- Click on Business at the top of your screen.
- Click on the Listings button.
- Click on the Edit button. This will take you to a new page.
- Click on the Terms section on the left-hand side of the page.
- Scroll down until you see Cancellation Policy.
- Using the drop-down menu, select how many days in advance you would like to allow customers to cancel their trip. You can choose from 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, or 60 days in advance.
