If a customer wants to change the type of trip they have booked with you, you can either accept or decline their request.
I can accommodate their request
If you are able to accommodate their request, contact us to inform us of the change. Depending on the type of change, we will adjust the reservation and send a new confirmation email once we receive notice.
I can't accommodate their request
If you are unable to accept a customer's request, they will have the option to keep their original reservation. If they decide to cancel the trip instead, their cancellation request will be processed according to your cancellation policy.
Why do I need to inform FishingBooker?
We are here to protect both your and the customer's interests. In order to enforce your cancellation policy, trip prices, and other factors, please inform us of any changes to FishingBooker reservations.
