Yes – You can edit a review reply up to 30 days after the review is posted. Once the 30-day period passes, the review will be locked and you won't be able to make any changes.
To edit your review reply, follow these steps:
- Click on Business.
- Go to Reviews.
- Find the review that you left a reply on.
- Click on Edit Reply.
If the 30-day period has expired and you would still like to edit your reply. Please contact us and let us know.
