Booking Change Requests allow you to ask the customer to change the date and time, and number of people you take on the trip. This can happen if something has come up, or some changes have been made to your boat.
To successfully place a booking change request, follow the steps below:
- Go to Bookings.
- Find the booking you want to change and click on View Details.
- Click Change Booking at the bottom of the page and choose what you want to change - date, departure time, and, or group size, and click Next.
- Write a message to let the customer know why you want to change the booking.
- Click Yes, Send.
