What are FishingBooker's guidelines?

    FishingBooker's Platform Rules and Guidelines help to ensure a cooperative and trusting relationship between captains and customers. They are a set of expectations that all users of the site should adhere to and are an integral part of FishingBooker's Terms of Use.

    The Guidelines are separated into the following sections:

    1. General section: our core principles and fundamental rules.
    2. Platform guidelines for captains: general expectations of captains, advice on how to maintain a good quality profile and listings, advice how to communicate with customers, and guidelines on professional conduct.
    3. Platform guidelines for customers: general expectations before, during, and after the trip, and a list of actions and behaviors that are not tolerated.
    4. Reviews policy: an explanation of how the review system works.
