British Columbia
Freshwater Fishing
If you are running fishing trips in freshwater in British Columbia, you'll need to provide the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Angling Guide Licence
- Boat Registration
- Insurance Policy
Saltwater Fishing
If you are fishing in saltwater in British Columbia, you'll need to provide the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Certificate of Competency (you can find a list of accepted Certificates here)
- Boat Registration
- Insurance Policy
While you will be visible on FishingBooker after you provide the above documents, to receive the "fully verified" badge and receive a ranking boost, you also need to provide proof that you are a Certified Tidal Angling Guide.
Newfoundland and Labrador
If you are fishing in Newfoundland and Labrador, you'll need to provide the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Certificate of Competency (you can find a list of accepted Certificates here)
- Angling Guide Licence
- Boat Registration
- Insurance Policy
All Other Provinces/Territories
If you fish in any other Canadian province/territory, you'll need to provide the following documents:
