When a customer sends a booking request, you'll receive a text message to the phone number you signed up with, as well as an email and a notification through the My Trips App. These will tell you the trip date, the number of people in the group, and the type of trip that the customer wants to book.
You need to respond to the request within 24 hours of the request being made or it will be automatically declined. FishingBooker will send you a text message and an email every eight hours to remind you about the booking request until you accept or decline the request.
Please note that in the event a booking request is made less than 24 hours before the trip's start time, you'll have until the departure time to respond.
