How do I send my customer a special offer?

    Creating an offer allows you to customize a fishing trip for your customer to suit their specific needs. Change the price, duration of the trip, number of days, or any other detail to create a truly unique offer. You can either customize an existing trip for your customer or create a completely new trip.

    To send a special offer, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Inbox and find your correspondence with the customer you want to send the special offer.
    2. Click Create New Offer.
      • Choose whether you want to Create an offer from an existing trip or Create a new trip.
    3.  Enter or amend the trip date, start time, length, and number of guests.
    4. Click Next.
    5.  Select your price.
    6.  Click Send offer.

    As soon as the customer accepts the offer you have made through the Instant Messaging system, the trip will be automatically confirmed.

    Please note that this offer is valid for 24 hours and you can send out multiple offers for the same date. The first customer that accepts the invitation will book the trip and the other offers will be automatically canceled.
