We’ve made it easier to get help on FishingBooker.
You can now message Support directly from FishingBooker, without switching to email or phone. Once you start a conversation, replies appear in your Inbox, alongside your customer messages.

Message Support directly from FishingBooker
Start a support conversation from the Home tab on your app or from the Contact Us page.
Support replies appear in your Inbox
After you send your first message, the conversation continues in your Inbox — so support messages live in the same place as your customer conversations.

Keeping everything in one place helps you stay on top of messages.
How to contact Support
You can message Support in two ways:
1️⃣ From the Contact us page (Browser & Captain App)
- Open Contact us on FishingBooker (on web or in the app)
- Choose your topic
- Click Message us - you’ll be taken to the in-app messaging experience
2️⃣ From the Home screen (Captain App only)
- Open the Captain App
- Scroll to the bottom of the Home screen
- Tap Message us - you’ll be taken to the in-app messaging experience

Don’t see these options?
If you don’t see the Message us option or can’t start a support conversation:
- Close the Captain App completely and open it again
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Captain App
If the issue persists after updating and restarting the app, you can still contact us via email or phone.
We’re bringing Support closer to where you already manage your business and will continue improving this experience over time.
