If the refund has already been issued
If your trip was canceled and the refund has been issued to an inactive account, the funds will either be transferred to an active account at your request, or returned to FishingBooker.
In the unlikely event that your bank is unable to transfer the funds to an active account, contact us to discuss alternative options.
If the refund hasn't been issued
If you are aware that the account you used to pay the deposit is inactive, please contact us at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in case a refund needs to be issued.
