There are two possible outcomes when you or a customer place a Booking Change Request, depending on the status of the reservation at that time:
- The reservation is Confirmed. If the other party declines the request, the booking details stay the same.

The reservation is Pending Confirmation. If the Booking Change Request is declined, the reservation will be declined.
Please note that, when a reservation is Pending Confirmation, only the customer is able to request a change.
