If your captain decides the weather conditions are unsafe, you can reschedule your trip or cancel it for a full refund.
To cancel your trip due to bad weather, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Bookings.
- Click Manage on the reservation you want to cancel.
- Choose Cancel Booking.
- Select Because of bad or unsafe weather conditions from the drop-down menu.
- Select Next until you reach the last cancellation screen.
- Choose Yes, cancel.
