If your captain decides the weather conditions are unsafe, you can reschedule your trip or cancel it for a full refund.

To cancel your trip due to bad weather, please follow these steps:

Go to your Bookings.
Click Manage on the reservation you want to cancel.
Choose Cancel Booking.
Select because of bad or unsafe weather conditions from the drop-down menu.
Select Next until you reach the last cancellation screen.
Choose Yes, cancel.
