If your Booking Change Request is declined, your booking status will differ depending on the status of the reservation at that time:
- If the reservation is Confirmed: If the other party declines the request, the original booking details remain confirmed.
- If the reservation is Pending Confirmation: If the Booking Change Request is declined, the reservation will be declined.
No charges will be made in the event that a Booking Change Request is declined.
Please note that when a reservation is Pending Confirmation, only the customer is able to request a change.
