Captains set their own cancellation policies that determine the circumstances in which you will forfeit your deposit when you cancel a trip.
You can review the cancellation policy for an existing reservation by:
- Checking your confirmation email.
- Checking the Bookings section on your profile.
To check your bookings, follow these steps:
- Go to your Bookings.
- Click on Manage for the booking you want to view.
- Click on Cancel Booking.
- View the cancellation policy at the top of the pop-up menu.
