What happens with the reservation if the Booking Change Request is declined?

    If your Booking Change Request is declined, your booking status will differ depending on the status of the reservation at that time: 

    • If the reservation is Confirmed: If the other party declines the request, the original booking details remain confirmed.
    • If the reservation is Pending Confirmation: If the Booking Change Request is declined, the reservation will be declined.

    No charges will be made in the event that a Booking Change Request is declined. 

    Please note that when a reservation is Pending Confirmation, only the customer is able to request a change.
