If you run trips further than 9 miles offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, you will need to provide Federal Fishing Permits for Charter/Headboats in the Gulf of Mexico.
If you run trips further than 3 miles offshore in the Atlantic, you will need to provide Federal Fishing Permits for Atlantic Charter/Headboats.
