Saltwater Fishing

If you run fishing trips in saltwater in Texas, you need to provide the following documents:

• USCG MMC (we have to see the photo, name of the captain, and reference number of the document)
• All Water Guide License issued by Texas Parks and Wildlife
• Boat Registration Certificate/Certificate of Documentation
• Proof of Liability Insurance 

If you fish more than 9 miles offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, you also need to provide Federal Permits issued by the NOAA. Your listing will then receive a "Federally Permitted" badge.

Freshwater Fishing

If you run trips in freshwater in Texas, you need to provide the following documents:

• Photo ID
• Freshwater Guide License issued by Texas Parks and Wildlife
• Boat Registration Certificate/Certificate of Documentation
• Proof of Liability Insurance
