Why did I get a review stating that the trip was canceled?

    There are two ways that you can receive a review if your trip was canceled. First, if you canceled a trip and were penalized for it, FishingBooker will post an automated cancellation review. You will be informed of this in the "Review Penalties" section during the cancellation process.

    Secondly, if your trip didn't go ahead but you didn't report it to us, your customer will be able to leave a review.

    If you think the review was posted incorrectly, please contact us and we'll assess your complaint according to our cancellation policy.
