What do I do if the customer isn't answering?

    If you're trying to get in touch with your customer and they haven't responded via any channel of communication (FishingBooker's Inbox, email, or phone) we advise you to contact us.

    We'll try our best to reach out to them. If they do not respond, the booking will be canceled.
