How the new Categorized Gallery works

The Categorized Gallery helps you organise your photos more easily and understand how your listing looks at a glance. Photos are automatically grouped by type, so you can manage, improve, and update your gallery faster.

    Categorized view (default)

In the Categories view, your photos are grouped by type:

    • Boat exterior
    • Boat interior
    • Catches
    • Action shots
    • Amenities
    • Other

    From this view, you can:

    • See how many photos you have in each category
    • Quickly spot missing or underrepresented photo types
    • Move photos from one category to another
    • Select and delete multiple photos at once
    • Select multiple photos and move them to the front of your gallery (newest first)

This view is designed to help you understand the quality and balance of your gallery, not just the order of photos.

    Order photos mode

If you want to control the exact order in which photos appear, switch to Order photos.

    In this mode:

    • You can reorder your entire gallery
    • Photos are arranged as one list, regardless of category
    • Reordering is applied across the full gallery

👉 Photo ordering is only available in Order photos mode, not within individual categories.

    Moving photos between categories

You can move photos between categories at any time:

    • Select one or more photos
    • Choose a new category
    • Your changes are saved instantly

Your actions help improve categorisation over time, but occasional adjustments are expected, you’re always in control.

    Why this matters

    A well-organised gallery:

    • Makes your listing easier to browse
    • Helps customers quickly understand your offer
    • Highlights missing photos you may want to add later
