If you need to get in touch with your customers after their trip, you can contact your customers after their trip is complete, you can do so by phone or email up to 30 days after the trip or until the customer leaves a review, or through our Instant Messaging service at any time.
To contact your customer via Instant Messaging follow these steps:
- Click on Bookings.
- Look in the All trips section.
- Find the booking of the customer you want to contact.
- Click on the three dots next to "View Details"
- Click on "Message"

Note: Here you will also see the customer's phone number if you'd like to get in touch with them by calling them.
