When you submit a Booking Change Request, the customer has 48 hours to respond. If the request doesn't suit their needs, the customer can decline the request. For more information as to why the Booking Change Request was declined, feel free to contact the customer through our Instant Messaging System.
If the customer doesn't respond to the request within the 48-hour window, then the request will expire and it will automatically be declined.
