I am a customer. Why was my booking change request declined?

    Once you've submitted a booking change request, your captain has 48 hours to respond. You can check the status of your Booking Change Request on the Bookings section of your FishingBooker profile.

    If your request was declined by the captain, they will provide you with a reason for declining the request. You will receive a response via our Instant Messaging platform in your Inbox.

    The Booking Change Request can also expire if the captain doesn't respond to it within the 48-hour time period, which will also result in the request being declined.
