How do I contact Customer Service?

    If you are having issues with anything related to your FishingBooker profile or bookings, we're here to help. FishingBooker offers multiple channels of support to captains and customers:

    1. Help Center – We have articles covering everything you need to know, so that you can take control of the entire booking process. 
    2. Contact Us – Our Contact page offers information on how to resolve the most frequently asked questions on FishingBooker. If you still can't find the answer you're looking for, log in and you can email us or find our phone number at the bottom of the page of your selected topic.  
    3. My Trips App* – Our Contact page is also available on the My Trips App, allowing you to submit a ticket directly to our Support Team.

    We prioritize questions for bookings taking place today and tomorrow. For urgent issues, we reply within 5 hours during working hours. For all other queries, we aim to respond within 72 hours.
