What do I do if a customer wants to change the type of trip?

    If a customer wants to change the type of trip they booked with you, you can either accept or decline their request. 

    If you can accommodate their request

    If you are able to accommodate their request, either you or the customer can submit a Booking Change Request. You can change the date, departure time, group size for the trip, and/or trip package booked. Once a request is submitted, the other party will have 48 hours to respond to the request.

    If you can't accommodate their request

    If you are unable to accept a customer's request, they will have the option to keep their original reservation. If they decide to cancel the trip instead, their cancellation request will be processed according to your cancellation policy.

    Inform FishingBooker of any changes

    We are here to protect both your and the customers' interests. In order to enforce your cancellation policy, trip prices, and other factors, please inform us of any changes to FishingBooker reservations.
