How do I change my booking as a captain?

    If you need to change of the date, departure time, and/or number of guests on a trip, you should submit a Booking Change Request. Your customer will then be prompted to accept or decline the change request.  

    To successfully place a change request, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to your Bookings.
    2. Find the booking you want to change click View Details.
    3. Click Change Booking and choose what you want to change – date, departure time, and/or group size and click Next.
    4. Write a message explaining why you need to change the booking. 
      • Please provide as much information as possible.
    5. Click Yes, send.

    Your customer will have 48 hours to respond to your request. If they accept, your booking will be automatically updated. If they decline, the booking will remain the same. 

    In the event that the change results in a difference in price, the customer will either be refunded the difference in the deposit, or they'll pay any additional balance. 

    If a customer paid using Online Payments or FishingBooker credits, our team will manually process the transaction.
