To view whether a booking was paid in full via Online Payments or with a deposit, please follow these steps:
- Go to your Bookings.
- Under the Upcoming Trips section, find the booking you want and click View Details.
- Scroll down to Price Structure and view the Payment option.
If it states Paid in full, it means that the booking was made via Online Payments.
If you see You charge the remaining balance, it means the booking was made with a deposit.
