Why has my listing been suspended?

If you see a note at the top of your listing stating that you're not currently taking reservations, this means your listing has been temporarily suspended. Customers will be able to see your listing but will be unable to book it.

When this happens, it means that there's an open issue affecting your listing.

    • You haven't matched your prices. Our Best Price Guarantee means that your prices must be equal to or lower than anywhere else online.
    • You're unresponsive. If you haven't responded to your customers and FishingBooker representatives have failed to get hold of you over an extended period of time, your listing will be temporarily suspended.
    • You've canceled too many trips. If your calendar is not up to date and you have to reject or cancel too many trips, we may temporarily suspend your listing.
    • You're missing some or all of your Verification Documents. In order to be visible on FishingBooker, you must provide documents to show that you are a legitimate captain. Find out what you need here

Check your dashboard notifications to learn more and find out how to make your listing bookable again.

If you believe your listing has been suspended by mistake, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help you resolve the issue.
