How do I link my FishingBooker calendar to my BoatBooker calendar?

Learn how to sync your FishingBooker and BoatBooker calendars to save time and avoid double bookings..

    If you list your fishing trips on both FishingBooker and BoatBooker, you can link your calendars so they update automatically. Any booking or full-day closure on one platform will instantly block the same dates on the other.

    How it works

    Here's what happens when you link your FishingBooker and BoatBooker calendars:

    • Booking a single or multi-day trip on FishingBooker will block the same dates on BoatBooker.
    • Fully closing a date or multiple dates on FishingBooker will close them on BoatBooker.
    • Cancellations or declines will update both platforms — whether they reopen or close dates.
    • Any Google Calendar imports on either platform will sync across both.

    Note: Partial-day closures do not sync. If you close only part of a day, you’ll need to update it on both calendars manually.

     

    • Go to your Calendar on FishingBooker.
    • Tap the Settings icon (skip this step if you’re on your computer).
    • Select Link your listing calendars.
    • Tap Create new group.
    • Name your calendar group.
    • Select the listings you want to connect (from both FishingBooker and BoatBooker).
    • Tap Create.

    Your calendars are now linked and will keep each other updated automatically.
