There are two ways to cancel a reservation you made by accident, depending on whether a captain has accepted your request.
My request is still pending
If you cancel a reservation request before it is accepted by the captain, we will immediately process your cancellation request and release the deposit.
My request is confirmed
If the reservation you accidentally made has already been accepted by the captain or confirmed immediately through Instant Book, the cancellation will be processed according to that captain's cancellation policy.
If your cancellation request breaches the captain's cancellation policy, please contact the captain to explain the situation. FishingBooker will also contact the captain to try and arrange a refund.
Note: Please bear in mind that in case of a breached policy, the captain needs to decide how to proceed with the deposit.
