If the captain is responsible for the cancellation of your trip, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Once we receive a cancellation request from the captain, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative for you.
If the captain calls or messages you to cancel but your reservation status still says "Accepted," contact us or submit a cancellation request to report the cancellation.
