How do I cancel my trip?

    If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, you can do so any time before your trip. To submit a cancellation request, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your Bookings.
    2. Click Manage next to the reservation you want to cancel.
    3. Choose Cancel booking.
    4. From the dropdown menu, select the option suitable for your booking.
    5. Choose the relevant reason for canceling.
    6. Select Next until you reach the last cancellation screen.
    7. Choose Yes, cancel.
