In case you need to issue a refund to a guest, you are only responsible for refunding the balance the customer paid directly to you.
As per FishingBooker's policy, the customer pays a deposit to reserve their trip date, and then pays the remaining balance to you on the day of the trip or one day prior. For multi-day trips, captains can ask for the remaining balance up to 60 days before the trip date.
If you already collected the balance and the trip has since been canceled, you can issue a refund via the customer's payment method. FishingBooker will refund the deposit payment.
If the trip price was changed during the trip, both the remaining balance and the deposit will be adjusted.
Contact us to let us know of the changes, and we will adjust the deposit and let you know what your new balance will be.
