To cancel a booking due to bad weather or mechanical issues, follow these steps:
- Go to Bookings on your FishingBooker profile.
Find the booking you need to cancel.
Choose "Boat malfunction."
- Add a comment indicating how long your boat will be down for.
Click Request Cancellation (Desktop and Mobile) or Confirm (Captain App).
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it. Since the trip is being canceled due to mechanical issues, we will issue a full refund of the deposit to the customer.
