To cancel a booking due to bad weather or mechanical issues, follow these steps:
- Go to Bookings on your FishingBooker profile.
- Find the trip you want to cancel and choose View Details.
- Select Cancel Booking.
- From the dropdown menu choose Can't go fishing.
- Select Boat Malfunction.
- Select Next until you're taken to the final cancellation screen.
- Choose Yes, cancel.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it. Since the trip is being canceled due to mechanical issues, we'll review it. If we determine that the cancellation was unavoidable, your listing will not be penalized. We will issue a full refund of the deposit to the customer.
