If you are having issues with anything related to your FishingBooker profile or bookings, we're here to help. FishingBooker offers four channels of support to Captains:
- Help Center – We have articles covering everything you need to know, so that you can take control of the entire booking process.
- Email Support – You can get in touch with our Captain Support team by email through our Contact page.
- Captain App – The Contact Us section of the Captain App allows you to submit a ticket that will allow you to get in touch with our Support Team.
- Phone Support – Available for urgent booking-related issues during business hours. Our Support Team can help you over the phone to resolve critical issues. For all other issues, please use the above methods.
