Depending on the reason why the trip was cut short, either you or the customer will be eligible for the partial refund of the deposit.
If you mutually decide to cut the trip short, you need to adjust the remaining balance to reflect the number of hours you spent on the water with the customer.
In order to do this, you can refer to the other trip packages you have. Make sure to deduct the percentage of the commission, seeing as FishingBooker will issue a partial refund of the deposit to the customer.
If the customer is the one who has decided to cut the trip short and you were not in agreement, note that you will be eligible to receive the partial refund of their trip deposit. When the customer makes changes to their reservation in violation of your cancellation policy, you are to charge them the full amount for the remaining balance.
