If a customer didn't show up for their scheduled trip, please report it to us so we can handle their deposit accordingly.
- Go to Bookings on your FishingBooker profile.
- Look under Past Trips.
Show me the where on desktop
Show me where on mobile
Show me where on the Captain App
- Find the booking.
- Click .
- Click Report No Show.
- Provide additional details in the text box.
- Once again, click on the button.
We will process your report once we receive it. Since the customer didn't show up for the trip, we will refund their deposit to you.
