FishingBooker currently does not process full trip payments. After paying a deposit to book their trip, customers must pay the remaining balance directly to the captain or charter operator.
Trip details, such as prices, are visible at all times in the confirmation email and My Bookings dashboard on your FishingBooker profile. One hour before the scheduled start time, both you and the customer will receive a trip reminder stating what amount has already been paid and the remaining balance still due to you.
If a customer tells you they paid the full balance online, refer them to their confirmation email or the text message reminder showing the full price breakdown.

Alternatively you can contact us. We will contact the customer immediately with the receipt for their transaction showing that only the deposit was charged at the time of booking.
