In order to protect both your and the customer's interests, it is important for FishingBooker to be aware of any changes made to a reservation, which includes rescheduling the trip.
The customer agreed to reschedule
If you've already spoken to the customer about changing the date, contact us at email@example.com. Make sure to include the Booking ID, the customer's name, and a new date for the booking.
I haven't spoken to the customer yet
If you need to change a date of the trip but haven't spoken to the customer yet, you can contact them to discuss the details, or you can contact us and we will reach out to your customer to propose the changes.
FishingBooker will notify you of their decision via SMS and email. If the customer doesn't accept the change we need to cancel the booking and refund the customer according to Bad Weather FishingBooker's cancellation policy.
